Since then, he has worked at numerous agencies, large, medium and small, managing to develop work within large multinational corporations and structural development of smaller agencies, contributing to the implementation of the advertising culture.
In his career, he won a series of awards such as D&AD, ADC, Clio, One Show, NYF, LIA, Eurobest, CCSP, Epica Awards, Lusos, Communication Arts, FIAP, AdForum PHNX, Gerety Awards, Creative Floor, Luum Awards, FePI and ACT Responsibile. He also has several publications in the Lurzer's Archive magazine and was number 1 in the Bestadsontv ranking during 2011, among the best art directors in the world and number 1 among the best art directors in Brazil between 2020/21.
He has extensive experience as a Grand Jury Member in several categories at international advertising festivals: CLIO, NYF, Lusos, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, BestAds, Global Awards, Golden Awards, WINA, FePI, Lisbon, AdForum, World Luxury Awards, Luum Awards, and Care Awards ACT Responsible.
Born and bred in Hong Kong but later hopped onto an advertising catapult that flung him all the way to New York City and back to his roots in Asia.

Daniela is a people-first creative who helps build meaningful brands through storytelling. Born in Uruguay, creatively groomed in Asia and academically raised in Scandinavia, she currently thrives in New York City as a Creative Director.

I’m Angélica Espinosa, Designer, Art Director, and yeah, woo-hoo, Head of Art. I’m Colombian by birth and Hungarian at heart. I grew up with a great passion for art, design, good ideas (and beer!), and that’s why I decided to dedicate my life to advertising, a job that unites all these things into one. I’ve been working in our industry for more than 16 years, having tried my hand at BTL, ATL, editorial design, packaging design, digital design, branding, and web design. It’s been a long journey, from Publicis Colombia, continuing on to other agencies in Colombia, moving to Malta, before finally arriving at Saatchi and Saatchi Hungary, where I’m now. Aníbal Quiñones is a proven creative leader & mentor with over 20 years of experience helping successful brands craft their narrative. Quiñones is currently a Chief Creative Officer and VP of Innovation at Arteaga & Arteaga in his native Puerto Rico. He teaches at La Escuela de Creativos de Argentina courses in digital creativity and creative trends.

After being told by his tutors at Art School that he would never make it in the industry because he ‘couldn’t draw’, Martin has spent the last 27 years trying to prove them wrong. To this day he believes persistence is the key to making great creative. My road to advertising has been a particularly long one. In fact, it began in a canoe. At thirteen I did what most thirteen-year-olds do and paddled from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg along the historic Voyageur Routes. Because hey, why should the Jesuits have all the fun? After climbing out of that canoe I was on to my next obsession – snowshoes. By sixteen I had snowshoed over 1,500 miles (if you’ve ever walked home in the slush with cold feet, you’ll appreciate that’s a lot of miles.) But nobody says, “First you get the snowshoes, then you get the power.” So, I needed a different approach. I tried being a truck driver, a car jockey, a painter, a carpenter, a landscaper and selling hardware. All to no avail. I had to rethink my strategy, so I started running half marathons, then 24-hour relay races, then 24-hour endurance mountain bike races. And that’s when it hit me. I’ll get married, start a family, have two kids and I’ll let them be my toughest critics in this crazy ad game. And you know what, it seems to have worked. According to various industry publications I’ve been given the first and fifth place ranking in Canada as a creative and there’s lots of hardware to go with it. So, stop by some time and I’ll fry you up a lovely pan-seared tuna with a mango chutney sauce.

Elements that make no sense but with a story to tell. You can describe a story verbally or through images and illustrations, you can shoot a film or create a social network thread, even a .gif will serve the purpose.
This is what I like the most about my job: to create surprising tales aimed at enhancing a product’s benefit through techniques able to maximize its value.
I started painting trains when I was a teenager, and my journey is yet ongoing. I have experienced new techniques and evolved my knowledge. My passion for colors and metaphors still runs on the railway. I am looking outside the train window, observing the changing scenario, listening to the people who share my coach, absorbing knowledge.

After thate he joined Leo Burnett Chicago Lápiz as Creative Director, working for different P&G brands. Years later he returned to Mexico to lead a Creative Group at Y&R, coordinating global actions for Revlon and diverse projects for Dannon.
After being a Group Creative Director at BBDO Mexico for 5 years, he was promoted as Executive Creative Director where he currently co-leads the agency's creative department, overseeing work for clients such as Ford, Mars, Pepsico, Essity and Uber.

My training in Digital Design provided me with an empathic, expanded look at the other and, thus, the affinity with the Health & Welness market was something quite natural. I am also a specialist in Integrated Communication with an emphasis on Language and Digital Creation; path that allowed me to be intimate with the disciplines of creativity and innovation. In agencies, I've been and done a little bit of everything with national and international clients, in multiple areas of Communication. In this role, my main objective is to bridge the gap between content and design, crafting the day-to-day work and award-winning case studies and projects for local, regional, and global awards.
Before moving to Brussels, I held a different role within the Groupe, as Creative Director of the Lisbon Office for two years. Two years that brought massive amounts of personal and professional satisfaction. During that period, I became a father, and the agency was named the Best Integrated and Innovative Agency in Portugal.
And in the five years prior to these life and career defining moments-- I was Senior Art Director at the Leo Burnett Lisboa office. Among the recognitions during that period: Agency of the Year several times over, Best Art Director in 2015 and wins in important new business pitches such as Heineken and Holmes place—to name a few.

Like many others, the Covid pandemic changed his world view. Health and wellness became front and centre. In a curious stroke of serendipity, an opportunity opened up in Publicis Health just after the pandemic. He didn’t think twice and today he works on clients like Abbott, J&J, Novo Nordisk, Novartis and Apollo Hospitals. He has done campaigns for vaccination, oncology, TB and diabetes. In fact, he won his first Saniss Award in 2024, his first year of entering it.
Most of all, he is passionate about sustainable development of the planet. And is always searching of ways in which he can impact the health of a billion Indians.
