Benjamin has dedicated over 15 years to helping brands grow and thrive within the Hispanic and multicultural markets in the U.S. He started at Conill, where he did creative work for Toyota and T-Mobile.

Benja then moved to Miami for a few years and spent time with Zubi, Bravo Y&R (Now VML), and DKP. During those years, he worked for a diverse portfolio of clients, including Ford, Dunkin’ Donuts, Wendy’s, AT&T, Coors Light, Dell, and Delta Air Lines, among others, before returning to Conill in 2017.

At Conill he is currently developing creative work for Toyota, but during the past few years he has also contributed to the work done for a wide range of clients within the agency, including leading the T-Mobile creative team. He also developed creative content for Crest/Oral-B, Denny’s, and Nationwide.

During his career, his work has been recognized in many national and international competitions, including the Cannes Lions Awards, the London International Awards, the One Show, the Fiap, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, the Ad Age U.S. Hispanic Awards, the Addy Awards, and the Effie Awards, among others.
