Dagmara is the Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Warsaw, where she leads a team of 40 creative professionals across Publicis Poland, Publicis Lion, Publicis Health, and the Publicis Immersive Lab, specializing in gaming and XR. 

Throughout her career, Dagmara has created and co-created award-winning campaigns for leading global brands including Sanofi, BNP Paribas, P&G, Nestlé, Media Markt, MTV, L’Oréal, Mondelez, Coca-Cola. Her work has been recognized at major international festivals celebrating creative excellence and effectiveness, with awards from Cannes Lions, LIA, Clio Health, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Gerety Awards, MIXX Awards Europe, D&AD and Effie. She has also served as a juror for Cannes Lions, The One Show, Eurobest and Golden Drum.

She holds degrees in Polish philology from the University of Warsaw and international management from HEC Paris and SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She is currently expanding her expertise through postgraduate studies in Neuro Leadership at Lazarski University in Warsaw, driven by a deep interest in the human brain and decision-making.
