Erika Kokrak is an internationally experienced fertility and maternity reflexologist, author, and patient advocate originally from Hungary, now based in Barcelona, Spain. With over 20 years of professional experience, she specialises in supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, assisted reproduction, and pregnancy through structured, non-invasive reflexology focused on stress regulation and nervous system support.

Her work centres on the emotional and physical challenges associated with fertility treatment, offering a calm, professional environment during demanding and often uncertain periods. Over the course of her career, Erika has worked with more than 500 clients and has supported over 140 reported pregnancies, including complex IVF and donor-egg journeys.

In addition to her reflexology work, Erika contributes to professional education by delivering seminars and lectures for colleagues, focusing on improving support for infertility patients from both emotional and mental perspectives. She places particular emphasis on male infertility, an often overlooked area, addressing how men cope with stress, pressure, and emotional challenges during fertility treatment.

Recognised for her contribution to patient support within the fertility field, Erika brings a practical, experience-based perspective that complements medical care. She is the author of a published book on fertility journeys.

Her work reflects a commitment to improving the wellbeing and experience of individuals undergoing fertility treatment, with a focus on professionalism, ethical practice, and supportive care.
