Jahara is the founder and Co-Chief Creative Officer of Dark Kitchen Creatives, a “boutique” advertising agency specializing in creativity and strategy. It was born in September 2020 from the dream of having an independent and agile agency with expertise to offer a model that provides diverse solutions according to clients’ needs.
In a career spanning over 28 years, Jahara, as he is more commonly known, started as an Art Director in Rio – the city where he was born and grew up – and has worked in leading Brazilian advertising agencies, including F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, AlmapBBDO, Publicis Brazil, DM9, Leo Burnett TM, F.biz, and DDB.
Throughout this journey, Jahara has worked with some of Brazil’s top advertisers, including Jeep, Fiat, Volkswagen, Audi, Havaianas, Claro Telcom, Gol Airlines, O Boticário, AB-Inbev (many brands), Unilever (Seda, Baby Dove, Axe, TresEmmé, CloseUp, OMO), Samsung, P&G, Motorola, Bradesco, Itaú, Rico Investiments, Nestlé, Seara Foods, OLX, among others.
