Leandro is the CEO of dentsu Argentina and Chile. He joined dentsu 8 years ago and has been a key player in the company’s market expansion process. He began his career in the group as CFO for Argentina, and since then, he has held leadership positions in Argentina and Chile. Since 2021, he has held the position of CEO of dentsu Argentina & Chile.
Under his leadership, dentsu has experienced a transformation and organic growth proces in new clients and talents. Leandro leads the teams and the company to develop innovative solutions that combine data, technology, creativity, and impact to accelerate the growth of clients’ businesses.
Leandro’s leadership vision focuses on creating a diverse, inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture where teams work together to generate unique results, under the purpose of being, as a company, an agent of positive change for society as a whole.
He is a Public Accountant (UBA) and has an EMBA from the IAE Business School, with over 20 years of experience in managerial and leadership positions in multinational industrial and service companies. He lives in Buenos Aires with his wife and two daughters and enjoys sharing family experiences and practicing sports.
