As Executive Creative Director at TBWA/Germany, Marjorieth is in charge of a big portfolio of beauty brands, from hair and skin care (Schwarzkopf) to retail owned beauty brands. Being a Venezuelan half Spanish Creative living in Germany, she‘s multiculturally-minded – and as a mother of two kids, multitasking is second nature to her. She‘s a proud member of the Art Directors Club Germany and Europe, and has also been part of many important International Creative Awards Juries. At the same time, Marjorieth is an activist on fighting breast cancer, helping others to detect tumors with time and to support others going through therapy, after she successfully beat the illness herself. That’s how her and her partners created Fuck it I’m Alive. While personal experiences made her grow, her professional experience made her a great creative leader. While her studies in the US Marjorieth was part of Leo Burnett in Chicago, working for brands like Disney, The Coca Cola Company, McDonald‘s and Toys‘R‘us, especially for the growing Hispanic Market. Marjorieth has won advertising awards already since her studies. This opened doors and she was invited to Agencies in Europe. Such as BBH and Fallon in London, then at Jung von Matt in Hamburg, where she decided to stay. Marjorieth steered creation for brands such as Audi, Lamborghini Worldwide, Deutsche Telekom, Citroen, DWS of Deutsche Bank and was Global Creative Director for C&A. She believes in care, in and out, this is why she loves fashion and sports. She calls herself a Hybrid Creative, seeing social media as tool and part of daily life.
