With over 26 years of experience, he began his career in consumer advertising before transitioning into the healthcare industry. Michel has worked at leading global agencies such as Grey and Geometry Global, where he developed innovative campaigns for top brands including PepsiCo, Danone, P&G, Nestlé, and Johnson & Johnson. He has also partnered with some of the world’s leading healthcare companies, including Novo Nordisk, Astellas, Abbott, Pfizer, Janssen, AstraZeneca, Lilly, and AbbVie.

For the past 12 years, Michel has led the creative team at Triunfo Sudler, dedicating himself to elevating healthcare communications and raising creative standards through innovation. His work has helped improve patients’ lives through award-winning campaigns that address both patient and client needs. Under his leadership, Triunfo Sudler has become one of the most awarded independent healthcare agencies in Brazil and Latin America.

Michel has received numerous awards, including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, and The New York Festivals, among others. He has also served as a juror at some of the industry’s most prestigious festivals, including Cannes Lions (Health & Wellness), Clio Health Awards, Creativepool, and others.
