Raúl Lizaola is Group Creative Director at BBDO Mexico. With 14 years of experience, he began his career at J. Walter Thompson, where in just three years, he went from Junior Copywriter to Creative Director. After a stint at DDB, he came to BBDO to lead the team responsible for Bayer brands.

His work has been recognized in the main international and regional festivals, such as Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, El Sol, FIAP and El Ojo de Iberoamérica.

He has worked for practically all categories. Among the main clients are Coca-Cola, AB InBev, Nike, McDonald’s, Uber, Pepsi, Ford, UNICEF, UN Women, Save the Children Fund, Mexican Red Cross, Walmart, Unilever, Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Danone, Essity and Johnson & Johnson. As for Pharma, since the beginning of his career he has worked with practically all Bayer brands, and currently leads both local and regional campaigns for important global brands, such as Aspirin, Aleve and Alka-Seltzer.
