Raúl Terashima is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Don Mostachón, one of Mexico’s most influential independent creative agencies, consistently recognized by national rankings and awarded at WINA, FePI, and LatamPack. He holds a Master’s degree in Creative Strategy from the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Monterrey. He has represented Mexico as a jury member at the ECHO Latam Awards (2023 and 2025) in Buenos Aires, serves as a jury member for the A’ Design Award & Competition 2024–2025, is part of the PHNX Awards 2026 jury, and as a Preliminary Jury member of the Mad Stars Awards 2026.

Known for his direct, unfiltered approach and clarity in expressing innovative concepts, Raúl combines strategic precision with high creative standards. His demanding mindset and attention to detail have led him to collaborate on high-profile global brands such as Coca-Cola, British American Tobacco, and CEMEX, as well as develop brand experiences for AXA Seguros, Movistar, and Nissin.
