Raymund is a start-up founder, creative leader, and brand builder who believes in the power of creativity to move people, businesses, and communities.

With two decades of experience across advertising, marketing, and brand-building, Raymund has shaped campaigns for global brands and helped build Filipino household names. Today, he’s bringing that same creative fire to Lennon Group. Using creativity to spark human innovations, tell stories that matter, and drive meaningful change. 

His work has been recognized in creative festivals around the world, from Cannes to London to New York to Busan to Singapore to Manila. He was named one of Asia Pacific’s 40 Under 40, and led the transformation of a small Philippine digital agency to become Campaign Magazine’s Global Digital Indie of the Year. Two years in a row.

After hours, Raymund dedicates his time to help shape the future of creativity. He co-designed the first ever Digital Creativity Program for CDM School of Digital Creativity as its Inaugural Chair. As Co-Chair of Digicon 2026 and as Board of Trustee of the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP), he’s helping drive digital excellence and innovation forward. He also served as three-time Chairperson of DMAP Digital Young Creators 2025, mentoring emerging thinkers, makers, and storytellers.
