Rodrigo began his career as a copywriter, working for small agencies in Rio de Janeiro, his hometown, in 2003. In 2007, he moved to Lisbon and worked at Y&R Portugal for 4 years. Back to Rio in 2011, Rodrigo worked at NBS/Dentsu before moving to São Paulo to join AlmapBBDO’s team, in 2014. Between 2017 and 2022, he worked as an ECD at VMLY&R São Paulo. Monte (Rodrigo’s nickname) went back to Almap last year to work as an ECD for brands like Volkswagen, Havaianas and Meta, to name a few.
