Solange, known as Sol, started her career in advertising as a copywriter but soon transitioned to strategic planning, driven by her passion for research and understanding target audiences. After studying in Barcelona, she returned to Paradais DDB, where she founded the planning department in 2019 and together with the teams, they worked to make the agency Ecuador’s #1 for three consecutive years, achieving success with award-winning projects. She has also served as a jury member for Cannes Lions, Effie Ecuador, Effie Latam, and Best Branding Awards.
In addition to her work, Sol taught strategic planning and consumer psychology at Universidad Casa Grande. She enjoys video games, animated series, and spending time with her tiny dog, Trevor. She dreams of writing and illustrating children’s books.
