Victor Sotero is a 28-year-old Brazilian creative copywriter from the smallest state in the country who moved to the most populous one to work in advertising at renowned agencies such as AlmapBBDO, Leo Burnett, Africa Creative, Le Pub and GUT.

These contrasting and singular perspectives have shaped his creative approach, leading him to be selected by Young Lions to compete in the Digital category at Cannes Lions 2025, named to Meio & Mensagem’s 30 Under 30 list, and to win more than 30 advertising awards, including Cannes Lions, Effie, El Ojo and Clube de Criação. Among them is Heineken’s and Le Pub’s first-ever Cannes Gold Lion.
